There's only one real graphics only mod I know of. It'll cause a serious performance decrease but your average modern system probably won't notice it too much. The textures are actually scaled down by default, you can unlock them by doing this. I'd be interested to find out about any though. None that I know are graphical mods, mostly total conversions.
